1. Policy of cancelling an order
An order (or part of the order) cannot be cancelled once your credit card payment is verified and authorised. You cannot cancel your order after having read and accepted the Terms & Conditions.

All items are non returnable once sold. Unless it’s a damaged/low-quality item, but need to be reported to customer service within 3 days after receiving. Contact Us All retuned items must be in original condition.

2. The item received is not what you ordered.
Situations where an item cannot be returned or replaced
1. Paper , Writing Product & Consumables
• Besides defective items, item returned is used or broken.
• When item is not returned in full set or missing accessory (including CD, etc).
• There is an unclearable dirt or mark on the item.
Is there an expiry date to return or replace an item?
All defective items must be reported to customer service within 3 days by e-mail or phone. We will arrange to make a replacement for you.
Who will pay the delivery fee of a defective item?
Stapler.com.my will pay the delivery fee of a defective item.
Can I return an item at Offsite?
Currently, Stapler.com.my does not provide Offsite services of returns and replacements. If you want to return or replace an item, please follow “Procedure of returns and replacements”.
How to return or replace an item?
Please call customer service and give the reason why you want to return or replace an item within 3 days after receiving the item. We will arrange courier company to collect the item from you. If you match the conditions of returns and replacements, we will arrange to send out the item.
If a member returns or replaces too many items, Popular Online may reject this person and permanently deprive him of his membership.
